Nylon monofilament 20D/1F SD
Detailed introduction

Polyamide fiber commonly known as Nylon (Nylon), the English name Polyamide(PA), is an outstanding scientist in the United States Carothers (Carothers) and under the leadership of a scientific research team developed, is the worlds first synthetic fiber.

The appearance of nylon has made a new look of textiles, its synthesis is a major breakthrough in the synthetic fiber industry, but also an important milestone in polymer chemistry.

Nylon silk can be made into stretch silk, its strength, good wear resistance, ranking first in all fibers.

A fabric obtained by blending or interweaving nylon filament or staple fibers with other fibers, combining the characteristics and strengths of each fiber. In civil use, it can be blended or pure spun into various medical and knitwear.

Such as woven single stockings, elastic stockings and other wear-resistant nylon socks, nylon gauze, mosquito net, nylon lace, elastic nylon outerwear, a variety of nylon silk or interwoven silk products.

Nylon staple fiber is mostly used to blend with wool or other chemical fiber wool products to make a variety of wear-resistant clothing. In the industry, nylon silk is widely used in webbing, cord, fishing line, filter net, sewing thread, industrial cloth, cable, conveyor belt, tent, fishing net, craft jewelry, hair ring and other industries. In national defense, it is mainly used as parachutes and other military fabrics. As a weaving or knitting material, nylon filament is widely used. However, due to the poor fastness and light resistance of nylon silk, it is not suitable for use as a material under the condition of sunlight exposure.
