PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
1. Appearance: Tawny to brownish black liquid.
2. Elemental Silver: ≥ 50000ppm.
3. Other components: Deionized water and non-ionic dispersant.
4. PH value (1% aqueous solution) : 6-8.5
Grain size D50: 20-50nm.
6: Color after 500 times pure water dilution: Translucent, light yellow.
7. Density (20°C) : 0.99-1.05g/cc.
8. Acid and alkali resistance: Excellent.
9. Security: In accordance with ROHS，REACH.
10. High temperature resistance: high temperature antibacterial component, decomposition temperature > 200℃.
11. Stability：stable under normal temperature and light-proof storage conditions.
Innovation & Solution:
1. Liquid spray: Dilute the product with water at 5:10000 and spray evenly on the surface of the material.
2. Coatings: Add this product to the coating at 0.5-2wt‰ and mix well.
3. Fabric finishing: Add 0.5-2wt‰ (at 100% liquid carrying rate).
NOTE：
1. A small test should be carried out before batch industrial application to investigate whether the product will react with other materials or additives in the original product, and to investigate the antibacterial effect of the product.
2. The addition of this product may change the appearance and other properties of the product, so it is necessary to conduct test evaluation before application.
