2024 China furniture industry professional ability evaluation work plan

Under the guidance of the national skill talent strategy, the China Light Industry Federation and the China Furniture Association attach great importance to the training and evaluation of industry skill talents, aiming to make skill talents become the backbone of creating social wealth, become the backbone of innovation-driven development, and become the core competitiveness of the manufacturing and creation of Chinas furniture and light industry.

In March 2021, China Furniture Association set up the "China Furniture Association Vocational Skills Training Center" in Beijing Guofheng Culture and Technology Consulting Co., LTD. 

Since April 2021, the training center has fully carried out the professional ability evaluation work of Chinas furniture industry, and has carried out 32 professional evaluations of nearly 3,000 people such as marketers, Internet marketers, interior decoration designers, whole house decoration designers, furniture designers, wood carvers, manual woodworkers, etc., and has formed a set of scientific, standardized and orderly talent evaluation mechanism. 

For the industry to train more high-quality technical skills talents, skilled craftsmen, big country craftsmen, for the establishment of national, industry, enterprise linkage talent system, to help the high-quality development of Chinese furniture to provide talent support.
