Chinas textile talent is not poor, Chinas textile industry will not die out
The great development of Chinas textile industry is because of the massive global orders brought about by Chinas accession to the WTO on December 11, 2001, and Chinas so-called complete industrial system is fed by massive global orders.
It can be said that Chinas textile industry is the initial beneficiary of Chinas WTO entry. The great development of the textile industry, as happened in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the United States, and Japan, has driven huge energy demand, steel demand, machinery and equipment demand, and heavy chemical demand, making China from a backward agricultural country to become the worlds factory and industrialized country. The textile industry is the prelude to the rise of great powers and the first movement of hard work.
The education and cultivation mechanism of Chinas textile industry has huge problems, and it can be said that the value of conveying outstanding talents for the textile industry has not been played. Or there is a disconnect between education and the actual needs of the industry, but I dont think this will affect Chinas ability to become a textile powerhouse.
Market demand is the best university, and the industrial evolution process will cultivate a lot of practical talents. Have seen a lot of non-academic classes appear, but has been technically advanced talent, its income is not necessarily low. This domestic technical talent more opportunities are actually in the fabric end, printing and dyeing is the core of technology. The worlds best fabrics must be in China, because China has a wealth of fabric application scenarios, perfect supporting industrial chain, rich development practices are easy to produce excellent new fabrics, and the serious state of internal roll makes the fabric developers, resource integration personnel wages will not be very low. China will certainly become a textile power, but this power must use the global textile resources to restructure the result. It does not matter whether the spinning is necessarily in the country.
